Gypsies and Traveller Project Manager
37 hours per week £35,000 per annum - plus essential car user allowance
Based at Evesham however there will be a requirement to travel and work in the offices of other partners
This is a new opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to identify and generate new and existing business development opportunities to support our gypsies and travellers' strategy.
The postholder will report to the Development Manager and be responsible for the delivery and day to day management of the gypsies and traveller portfolio. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
*Proven project management ability
*A knowledge of the gypsy and traveller community
*Extensive knowledge of all areas of housing management
*A proven record of successful negotiating
*The ability to meet targets and deadlines
*Effective report writing skills It is essential that you also have a working knowledge of Government office grant applications and experience of delivering successful resident engagement. Staffing responsibility may be added at a later date.
