Housing Officer 37 hours per week
Evesham, Worcestershire
£24,865 per annum - plus essential car user allowance
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Housing Officer, with proven competence in all areas of housing management, to be responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient housing service within a dedicated patch.
You will be able to demonstrate a record of self motivation, initiative and a pro-active approach to meeting the needs of our residents, tackling anti-social behaviour and working with partners to deliver a community based service.
If you have experience of making a difference and encouraging resident involvement practices, we would like to hear from you. You will be required to travel as part of your duties and will need a full driving licence.
