Fry Housing Trust, a member of the Accord Group, is a specialised housing association based in the West Midlands. We work with vulnerable people who have been involved with the criminal justice system. The provision of accommodation and floating support services is vital to reduce re-offending in the community. Night Support Worker

37 hours per week
The post is based in the Sandwell area Support Worker Salary: £16,991-£18,937 (pro-rata for part-time) + benefits (pension, up to 27 days annual leave, mileage allowance)
Hours: Full and Part-time hours will include evening, overnight and weekend working Service users may have support needs in the following areas: substance misuse, literacy, social skills and resettlement. As a support worker you must be keen, motivated, flexible and have a genuine commitment to supporting people to achieve their personal outcomes.
You will need excellent communication skills, both written and face to face, as you will be working closely with residents as their key worker, and have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
