The Accord Group is a family of seven organisations which work together to provide 11,000 homes and a range services, including Care & Support, to about 40,000 people across the Midlands and beyond. Fry Housing Trust, a member of the Accord Group, is a specialised housing association based in the West Midlands.
We work with vulnerable people who have been involved with the criminal justice system. The provision of accommodation and floating support services is vital to reduce re-offending in the community. The Trust is determined to deliver top quality services to residents and service users and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with the ability to make a difference.
Support Worker

21 hours per week (P/T)
The post is based in the Sandwell area Service users may have support needs in the following areas: substance misuse, literacy, social skills and resettlement. As a support worker you must be keen, motivated, flexible and have a genuine commitment to supporting people to achieve their personal outcomes. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and face to face, as you will be working closely with residents as their key worker, and have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
